The CAO's Office is to provide leadership in carrying out the direction of Council and to inform, support and guide Town Council in the development and evaluation of strategic directions, policies and priorities.  The CAO also leads and manages the administrative functions of the corporation and is responsible for the effective governance of the Town while implementing the policies and priorities of the Council.

The CAO's Office has direct responsibility to the Town for the Clerk's Office, Economic Development, Police Services, community relations, corporate communications and corporate affairs.
