This section consists of meeting agendas & minutes that comprise of council appointment on various committees.  NOTE:  The Town tries to post agendas a couple of days prior to the meeting; however, sometimes changes and last minute items occur.  We will try our best to get the latest agendas posted.  Minutes are only posted once approved at the following meeting.  Members of the public are welcome to all meetings.

This section provides you with copies of the Town's bylaws.  (Note:  the Town is currently working on reformatting the bylaws so that all are presented in a consistent format.  As this is done, bylaws will be uploaded to the website).  Should you require copies of any bylaws that are not currently here, contact the main office at 798-2275.

Should the Town of Windsor have any employment opportunities available, this is the area where the relative documents will be posted.

Every year the Town accepts grant applications from local organizations to help fund their work.  The deadline for applications is March 31st of each year.  All necessary documents can be found in this section - - please ensure ALL requested documentation is included with your application, or it may result in non-approval.

Municipal Government documents may consist of, but not be limited to finance documents, regulations and/or application forms for citizen committee appointments (to name a few).  All in all, you will find other municipal documentation here that does not fit in any of the other categories.

From recreation programs and the brochure, special recreation event postings and the program registration form; this section is sure to have the information you need to know to keep your family active.
