Windsor's central location provides close proximity to all of the major urban centres in central Nova Scotia, making our community a comfortable place in which to live & play.  The Town is located immediately adjacent to Highway 101, one of Nova Scotia's major limited access thoroughfares, and this enables access to other regions of the province. Two of Nova Scotia's key tourist routes, the Evangeline Trail and the Glooscap Trail, pass through Windsor along Highways 1 and 14.
