The Finance Department is responsible for the financial operation of the Town and its agencies and ensures that proper methods, procedures and controls are in place with respect to the Town's operations.
2019/2020 Rates (unchanged from 2018/19)
- Residential $1.88 per $100.00 of Assessment
- Commercial $3.95 per $100.00 of Assessment
Fire Protection Rate is $ 0.1276 per hundred dollars of the assessed value for tax exempt properties (lower than 2018/19).

Area Rate - $ 0.32 per hundred dollars of the assessed value of all commercial real and/or business occupancy assessments shown as taxable in the assessment roll located in the area of the Town formerly known as the "Windsor Business Improvement District' as described in the bylaw passed by the Town Council on the 26th day of April, 1994.
