The Town of Windsor conducts weekly water testing at Piziquid Lake. Should high levels of bacteria be present, a posting will be noted here as well as the "Public Notices" portion of our website (on the "homepage"). Notification will also be given to the Town of Windsor's Director of Recreation, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., along with "NO SWIMMING" signs being posted down at the lake.

Parks & Playgrounds

  • Windsor Playland Park, Exhibition Park, Exit 5.
    Enjoy go-carts, waterslides & mini golf.
    Open daily, 10:00am until dusk, May - September
  • Elmcroft Park & Playground
    Children's playground, picnic area and beach volleyball - - A Little Fun for Everyone.
    Located behind the Hants Aquatic Centre on Stannus Street (across from the Community Centre) in Windsor.
  • Victoria Park
    Home to a beautiful gazebo that acts as a bandstand for inspiring artists and many other uses. Located at 78 Stannus Street, next to the Community Centre in Windsor.
  • Basketball Court
    The basketball court is located behind the downtown Tim Horton's (17 Water St.), off Exit 6.
  • Windsor Waterfront Skatepark - A modern skate park admired by boarders.  Off Hwy. 101, take Exit 6 onto Water St.  The skatepark is located along the Lake Pisiquid waterfront (behind the Windsor Mall (Scotiabank))
  • Burgess Crescent Playground -A beautiful modern playground located on Burgess Crescent in Windsor.
